Regulations and guidelines to stair planning are the DIN 18065, edition 01/2000, the federal state building regulations of the respective federal states, as well as special regulations. This can among other things be: Workplace regulations, assembly place regulation, hospital construction regulation, multistoried building guidelines, comercial building regulation. Furthermore the professional associations publish guidelines to the construction of stairs.
