Going range and pitch line
The going range has a width of 2/10 of the entire flight width and is located in the centre range of the stair if it has a width up to 100 cm. The radius of curvature has to be at least 30 cm in the case of coiled runs. The pitch line is settled in the going range on which the foothold of the stairs is measured. It must run constantly and may have no points of break. Within the going range the pitch line can be selected freely.
