Staircases and natural stone
KENNGOTT has in house experts for every type of material, whether this is wood, metal, stone or even a combination of these, all working under one roof with the most up to date technology and logistical requirements necessary to deal with all differ
ent types and sizes of stairs and components. Our natural stone product range extends to special company logo’s, marble tables, bathrooms, kitchen worktops, sophisticated flooring, cladding and external projects. The natural stone team designs and constructs, with full understanding of your stone project needs and requirements.
Latest production
Our high tech company is electronically interlinked. Manufacturing is made at two production sites covering a total area of 20.000m². Equipped with the most state of the art technology KENNGOTT excels here to new standards, focusing on the most modern robotic water jet, laser and vision systems and technology.
90% of all production is fully automated. In 1996 and 1997 a total of €15 million was invested at the two production sites at Heilbronn and Sinsheim. A further milestone was achieved in the companies environmental goals, through the introduction of an ecological veneer system, using european wood and a specially developed environmentally friendly lacquering system.

On going investments in state of the art technology and constant developments of both products and production processes authenticates these requirements and ensures the customer will receive the very best price/ quality/ performance ratio possible.
A new automated production line with Swiss robotics was introduced to improve measurement accuracy of the two girder staircase. We invested also into an improved ultra modern edge processing and treatment line for the classical KENNGOTT staircase, notwithstanding the high standard process we already had.
We recently introduced “Neptune”, which is the companies nickname for the 4 axle CNC bridge saw robot. This allows for the sawing, cutting, drilling and milling of natural stone. Treads for staircase, tiles, table tops, floor panels, window sills and kitchen worktops etc. can all be precision manufactured fulfilling all CNC regulations and guidelines.
To provide a modern installation and ensure best customer service another investment was made in 2005. This was the newly developed CNC laser line for the manufacturing of the latest KENNGOTT step protection system. The step protection can be quickly and easily removed and also offers unrivalled staircase protection during the building stage.
Trend of the market will be definitely granite hard stone. This stone requires an accurate conditioning. Because of that we invested in a new, 30 metre long edge processing machine for our stone factory.

The company has more than 40 own branches in Germany and Switzerland, each with staircase showrooms. Kenngott has a further European presence with independent subsidiaries in the Czech Republic, France, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. Team Philosophy
